“Since moving to Milbridge, Maine in 1996 I’ve worked extensively in collage and a combination of collage and acrylic paint. The natural beauty of Washington County inspires and nurtures my art and the marine landscape underlies much of my current subject matter.”
Joanne Mook Halpin studied art at the University of North Florida, Jacksonville and received a B.A. in 1995 -- majoring in Painting with a minor in Art History.
